65 days, dwarf — The rugose, regular leaf plants of 'Dwarf Saucy Mary' produce loads of four to six ounce, elongated fruit that have green skin, with dark and light green stripes, and that are green-fleshed when ripe. They are juicy and very flavorful.
A "Dwarf Tomato Project" introduction, Craig LeHoullier selected 'Dwarf Saucy Mary' from the "Kiwi" family and named it for his wife Susan's Aunt Mary Kelly. Those who pitched in for the remaining selection and stabilization efforts are Robin Bort, Dan Follett, Bill Yoder, Bill Burke, Chris Mauchline, Nicole Diana, Peter Knight, Patricia Hippeli, Steve Carey, and Donna Marie Kudrak. Bill Minkey produced the release quantity of seed, which was introduced for the 2018 gardening season by the Victory Seed Company and Tatiana's TOMATObase. Each packet contains at least 10 seeds.
In an effort to keep this variety available to home gardeners, 'Dwarf Saucy Mary' has been released by "The Dwarf Tomato Project" (the breeder) to the public under the Open Source Seed Initiative (OSSI). You have the freedom to use these OSSI-Pledged seeds in any way you choose. In return, if you save seeds or use 'Dwarf Saucy Mary' to breed a new variety, you pledge not to restrict others' use of these seeds or their derivatives by patents or other means, and to include this pledge with any transfer of these seeds or their derivatives.
