Basil, Genovese
Very easy to grow and produces large, glossy leaves that are perfect for making pesto, adding to salads, or using as a garnish. The plants grow to a height of 18-24 inches and are highly productive, producing a steady supply of fresh basil throughout the growing season.

Rainbow Swiss Chard
A tender variety with orange, yellow, pink, white, and red stalks, which make it very ornamental. This was a variety that was nearly lost, was relocated, and is regaining in popularity.

Quick Snack F1 Cucumber
40 days. Can be grown outdoors or inside on a sunny windowsill or counter. Produces a crisp and sweet cucumber that is great for fresh eating. Harvest when 2" long for best flavor and seedless fruits. Vigorous vines set early yields of dark green mini cucumbers best harvested at a length of 4-6".

Bok Choy (Pak Choi)
Plant indoors 5 weeks prior to your last expected frost date. Sow at a depth of about ¼ inch keeping moist until the seedlings appear. Use as much light as possible, watering as required. Before transplanting, the seedlings should be acclimated to the outdoors. Do this about two weeks before you expect to transplant by moving outside into the shade and then return indoors at night. Expose the plants to more direct sunlight every day. Check moisture regularly. Transplant 16 inches apart in rows spaced 24 inches.

Premier Kale
Used fresh in salads or on sandwiches as a more nutritional alternative to lettuce, when young and tender. Also good as a cooked green or roasted with a little olive oil and salt.

All The Year Round Butterhead Lettuce
Medium-sized heads stay firm and solid even in hot weather. Can be sown in most locations from about March through August for a nearly "year-round" harvest periods. It does well in both hot and cooler locations.

Bloomsdale Longstanding Spinach
Leaves are dark green and crumpled. Stands well in hot weather. Named after their farm in Bristol, PA, D. Landreth & Co. released ‘Bloomsdale’ in the 19th century. 'Long Standing Bloomsdale' was developed and introduced in 1925 by Zwaan and Van der Molen, Voorburg, Netherlands.

Micro Tom Tomato
85 days, determinate — Micro Tom is a micro tomato that packs a big punch when it comes to flavor and productivity. This tomato variety is known for its compact size and ability to produce an abundance of juicy, flavorful tomatoes.

Orange Hat Tomato
60 days. Never reaching 12 inches tall, this is perfect for containers or tiny spaces. Grows well indoors under growlights providing fresh tomatoes in the dead of winter! Russian variety known there as Oranzhevaja Shapochka, which means "Orange Riding Hood".
