Southwestern Wildflower Mix
This mixture of wildflowers is specifically formulated for the hotter, dryer regions of the Southwestern United States from Southern California east through New Mexico and into Texas. As with all of our flower mixes, annual species are included for fast color the first year, with perennial varieties providing blooms for years to come.
Each packet contains one (1) ounce and will cover approximately 125 square feet.
The mix includes the following fifteen annual and perennial flower varieties: Alyssum Carpet of Snow, Scarlet Flax, Annual Gaillardia, Painted Daisy, Clarkia Mix, African Daisy 'Flake', California Poppy, Bird's Eye, Tidy Tips, Blue Flax, Arroyo Lupine, Texas Blue Bonnet, Clasping Coneflower, California Bluebells, and Mexican Hat.

Planting Instructions: As early in the spring as possible, prepare your flower bed site by removing weeds and loosening the soil. You can sow the seeds by broadcasting and then raking them into the soil. The goal is for the seeds to make good soil contact and to be covered with light soil no more than two-and-a-half times their thickness. Germination will start occurring when the soil reaches about 55ºF. The area will need to be kept moist until germination occurs.
