90 days, indeterminate — 'Pinkshipper' has regular leaf plants that are uniform and provide good coverage. The fruit are smooth, globular, pink, mild tasting and make an excellent slicing or processing tomato. It exhibits a high resistance to Fusarium wilt.
Bred by William S. Porte at the USDA's Agricultural Research Center in Beltsville, Maryland and released in 1957 for the pink tomato market and home garden. Its parentage is 'Gulf State Market' x 'Pan America' then outcrossed to 'Marvelosa' x 'Marglobe'.
