Red Zebra Tomato
Red Zebra Tomato
80 days, indeterminate — The regular leaf vines of 'Red Zebra' are quite productive. Its fruit range in size from 1½ to 2½ inches in diameter, weigh from two to three ounces each, are globe-shaped, and red with jagged, vertical, orange colored mottling. They are juicy and mild flavored with salty notes and a delicious, slightly tart aftertaste.
Introduced to seed savers in 2003 by Jeff Dawson of California who described its pedigree as a change cross between 'Green Zebra' and another unknown parent. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
