Giroc
82 days, indeterminate — These regular leaf plants produce large (eighteen to twenty-four ounce), pink, beefsteak-type fruit. An excellent slicing variety.
'Giroc' is a Romanian variety introduced to American seed savers by Geza Korbely of Hungary and sent to us in early 2014 by our friend and heirloom tomato collector, Dr. Carolyn Male (NY MA C). Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
