Wholesale Seed Rack Program for Retail Stores
Victory Seed Company is a family-owned operation that has been growing and selling open-pollinated, non-GMO seeds since 1998. We offer two retail display options for stores that want to carry seeds, with straightforward wholesale pricing and no territory restrictions.

Display Options
We offer two display formats. Both ship as complete, ready-to-stock units. Each variety comes pre-packed in rubber-banded groups of 10 packets so restocking is fast.
48-Variety Floor Rack
A full-size floor display covering vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Orders for the full rack typically meet the free shipping threshold.
- 48 varieties selected for broad customer appeal
- 10 packets per variety, rubber-banded
- Ships as a complete, ready-to-stock unit
- Free shipping on orders over $250
8-Variety Tabletop Display
A smaller counter display for stores with limited floor space. Works well near checkout or in a seasonal section.
- 8 varieties, rubber-banded in groups of 10
- Ships as a complete unit
- Variety selection available on request
- Standard shipping applies (order usually falls under $250)
Purchase Programs
There are two ways to buy. The main difference is whether you want the option to return unsold product at the end of the season.
Outright Purchase
- $1.50 wholesale per packet
- Sell at $3.00 MSRP for a 50% margin
- No returns or credits on unsold product
Guaranteed Sale
- $1.80 wholesale per packet
- Sell at $3.00 MSRP for a 40% margin
- Return unsold packets at season's end for store credit
- You cover return shipping on unsold product
How to Run Your Seed Rack
These are the basics that keep a seed rack in good shape and selling through the season.
Storing Seeds
Keep backup stock in a cool, dry spot away from direct sun and heat. Leave cases sealed until you are ready to stock the rack. The packaging holds seed viability well, but heat and moisture will shorten shelf life fast.
Where to Put the Rack
Eye-level placement near checkout, in a garden section, or next to seasonal merchandise gets the most traffic. Back-of-store placement sells significantly less. Customers who are not specifically looking for seeds will pick up a packet if the rack is easy to see.
Rotating Stock
Put older packets in front when restocking. If a variety is not moving, swap it on your next refill order. A full, tidy rack sells better than one that looks picked over. Keep it stocked and faced forward.
Reordering
Refills are available for any variety at any time, in packs of 10. Order before you run out on a variety rather than after, so you do not have empty slots through peak season. Orders over $250 ship free.
