Dwarf Phyl's Ivory BeautyOpen Source Seed Initiative
(A 2024 Victory Seed Company North American Introduction)

80 days, dwarf - The rugose, regular leaf plants of 'Dwarf Phyl's Ivory Beauty' are erect and compact, reaching 2 to 3 feet in height. Its fruit are medium sized (3 to 7 ounces) and white (pale-yellow) in color. They are juicy with a wonderful flavor that delivers just the right balance of sweet and tart with a classic tomato flavor finish that lingers on the palate.

'Dwarf Phyl's Ivory Beauty' was bred as a cross made between 'Yellow White' and 'Dwarf Jade Beauty' by Craig LeHoullier. Craig found the ivory colored tomato on a regular leaf dwarf plant and named it for his mom Phyl. Additional work was done by Susan Oliverson and Bill Minkey.

It was released by the Victory Seed Company to the gardening public for the 2024 season.

Brand new limited release for 2024. Each packet contains approximatelyย 20 seeds.

โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜†โ˜† Plant grows well, but my tomatoes are mealy
By Dara K (East Coast USA) on February 12, 2025

I grew this indoors in a hydroponic bato bucket system. It's productive, and the tomatoes are a good size. I like that they all ripen at about the same time. Plant is fairly small. I'm only giving this variety 3 stars because most of my tomatoes came out mealy, and some of them were fibrous in the middle. Flavor is good, but the texture means these are all getting turned into sauce or gazpacho.

โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜† This prolific tomato is a beauty - productive and tasty, too!
By Craig LeHoullier (Hendersonville, NC) on December 8, 2023

It isn't huge, and won't be the absolute best tomato you've eaten, but it is among the top ivory colored tomatoes I've grown. This is a lovely uniquely colored salad tomato that gardeners will love.
