Special Groups: Container Friendly
Special Groups: Dwarf Tomato Project
Harvest Timing: Main Crop / Mid-Season
Sow seeds indoors (do not direct sow into the garden), using sterile seed starting mix, 6 to 8 weeks before your last expected frost date. Plant 1/4" deep, water lightly but keep moist until emergence.

Full light and cooler temps (60° to 70°) will help to prevent the seedlings from becoming too leggy. If plants become rootbound before you can safely set them into the ground, transplant them into larger pots.

Harden off plants before planting outside. Young plants are very susceptible to frost and sunburn damage. Avoid too much nitrogen. Water evenly but not in excess.

★★★★★ Beautiful and Tasty!

I tried these for the first time last year (summer 2022) and I think I will always grow them from now on. They are full-flavored and a great size for snacking. (saladette) The ones that did make it in the house were used for a lovely sauce and tomato and cucumber salads. They are a compact plant that is great for a patio- no staking required, and they produced prolifically all summer long, being one of the last ones to stop for the fall. The flavor is akin to an Aunt Ruby's German Green- full tomato flavor but more citrusy and sharp without being overly acidic. Nice thick flesh and crack resistant. So yummy... the whole family loved them (and they're so dang pretty)!
