50 days - One of the earliest ripening beans producing heavy yields of 5-6" stringless pods. Plants continuously set clusters of fruit all season. Has a juicy, crunchy texture along with a sweet bean flavor. Resistant to Bean Common Mosaic Virus (BCMV).

Each 1 ounce packet contains about 120 seeds.

Planting Instructions: Beans prefer well-drained, rich soil in a sunny location. Make sure that you keep them well watered in the summer heat. Don’t bother trying to get an early start with beans – you’ll waste a lot of seed! Beans are tender and you should not plant them until all danger of frost has passed and the soil remains above 65ºF.

Sow seeds 1½ inches deep, every two to three inches. Bush-type beans do not require support.

Pick the pods while young as they are more tender and succulent and less likely to be stringy.

★★★★★ Fabulous producers

I planted 9 of these each in ten litter buckets and they produced abundantly all summer. Each bucket had holes drilled for drainage. The bottom was filled with sticks, then leaves and grass clippings and chicken manure. I topped the buckets with bagged compost and put them in full sun with daily watering. I was able to put up 10 quarts of blanched beans. The more you pick them, the more you get. Delicious and tender. Highly recommend. I initially got about a 60 percent germination rate, direct sow. I went back and filled the spots that did not germinate a week or two later and they all did great.
