'Madole' tobacco plants grow about five feet tall. Its leaves fire-cure to a dark brown color with a reportedly rich, full flavor, and historically is used for chewing tobacco, snuff, and cigarette blends. Our seed originated from USDA accession number PI 552438 and was sent to us by David Pendergrass from Tennessee.
