Harvest Timing: Late Season
Sow seeds indoors (do not direct sow into the garden), using sterile seed starting mix, 6 to 8 weeks before your last expected frost date. Plant 1/4" deep, water lightly but keep moist until emergence.

Full light and cooler temps (60° to 70°) will help to prevent the seedlings from becoming too leggy. If plants become rootbound before you can safely set them into the ground, transplant them into larger pots.

Harden off plants before planting outside. Young plants are very susceptible to frost and sunburn damage. Avoid too much nitrogen. Water evenly but not in excess.

★★★★★ Great tomatoes!
By Jennifer (Savannah, Georgia) on June 6, 2024

My grandfather grew Louisiana Pinks in the 60s, and my most wonderful childhood memories revolve around his garden and his delicious tomatoes in Monroe. La. My cousin remembered the name of the tomato so I researched it last year and ordered the Louisiana All Season Tomato seeds in June 2023. I started the seeds in January of 2024, and they have done so well, and are so delicious!!! He was a true gardener so he always saved the seeds from his largest tomatoes. His tomatoes were so large one slice would hang over the side of a slice of bread. My largest so far has been 11 oz. They're not the largest, but they are truly delicious. Thank you for saving these seeds.
