88 days, indeterminate — 'Large Lucky Red' is another introduction by author and tomato expert, Craig LeHoullier. It is a red-fruited, potato leaf variety, which is a rare combination of traits. The plants are large, as are the fruit that they produce. The tomatoes range from ten to forty ounces each averaging about one pound each. A beefsteak-type, the flesh is meaty and juicy, with a balanced, mild flavor.

When Craig sent us the variety in 2016 he told us that 'Large Lucky Red' is, ". . . out of the Lucky Cross line - this one is RED (not pink), large, oblate, delicious. I've been working on this for some years." Each packet contains at least 20 seeds.
