Holy Basil

Holy basil is an herb from the basil family, but should not be mistaken for the culinary form of basil, which comes from the plant Ocimum basilicum.  It has several possible health benefits and is significant in some forms of traditional medicine. Has a peppery, clove-like flavor with notes of basil and mint, and can be used in cooking.
