This family heirloom was originally sent to us in 2005 by author and tomato authority Craig LeHoullier who originally received it from seed saver, Bill Malin of New Mexico. Mr. Malin reported that it was brought by his maternal grandfather, Charles Sokolowski, when he immigrated from Poland to Scranton, Pennsylvania in 1904. Bill named the variety in his grandfather's honor. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
