Perfect and beautiful juicy salmon-colored flesh, extremely flavorful. Far more flesh than seed. Whitish rind is smoother than what you see at the grocery store. We planted in dirt/compost mounds in mid-April and had several ready in mid-August. Great germination rate, and the plants were very sturdy through weather variances. Pests were easily deterred with soap & pepper water.
