60 days, indeterminate. A very early cherry tomato with high levels of anthocyanins. The colors vary widely depending on the sunlight shining directly on the fruit. More sun means darker colors, resulting in fruit ranging from strawberry to purple to nearly black. Very sweet flavored 2 ounce fruit.ย Derived from a cross between 'Bosque Blue' and 'Strawberry Tiger' tomatoes.

Sow seeds indoors (do not direct sow into the garden), using sterile seed starting mix, 6 to 8 weeks before your last expected frost date. Plant 1/4" deep, water lightly but keep moist until emergence.

Full light and cooler temps (60ยฐ to 70ยฐ) will help to prevent the seedlings from becoming too leggy. If plants become rootbound before you can safely set them into the ground, transplant them into larger pots.

Harden off plants before planting outside. Young plants are very susceptible to frost and sunburn damage. Avoid too much nitrogen. Water evenly but not in excess.

These plants have plenty of fruits, nice dark blackish with a bit of green. Just like the pics here. Interesting However after about 75 days every fruit is still very hard and green inside. No choice but to let them be and see, but I doubt I will try these again. I wanted early cherries while I wait for my paste tomatoes to be ready. Oh well.
