70 days to maturity. This very popular tomato is well-known for boasting high disease resistance without sacrificing flavor. Large 8 to 12 ounce fruit are great for snacking, salads or slicing. It is also exceptional in handling the heat, making this an excellent choice for Texas, Florida and other areas of the deep south.

Semi-determinate, resistant to verticillium, fusarium wilt, Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV), and Alternaria Stem Canker.

Fruit Color: Red
Growth Habit: Determinate
Genetic Classification: Hybrid
Sow seeds indoors (do not direct sow into the garden), using sterile seed starting mix, 6 to 8 weeks before your last expected frost date. Plant 1/4" deep, water lightly but keep moist until emergence.

Full light and cooler temps (60° to 70°) will help to prevent the seedlings from becoming too leggy. If plants become rootbound before you can safely set them into the ground, transplant them into larger pots.

Harden off plants before planting outside. Young plants are very susceptible to frost and sunburn damage. Avoid too much nitrogen. Water evenly but not in excess.

★★★★☆ Productive and healthy plant
By DV (SF Bay Area) on August 30, 2024

My plant produced loads of uniform tomatoes. They had the appearance of the picture perfect, idyllic red tomato. They tended to taste fuller when they became super ripe and red. Don't let the color fool you and pick too early - I found it best to wait until it was just on the verge of over-ripeness.

★★★★★ Great tomatoes

The best tomatoes I have been able to grow. Good disease resistance, production and size. Plants NEED to be staked or weaved. I didn't keep up with all my Florida weaves for my Dwarfs and they all flopped over. I had about 8 different Dwarf varieties. I planted them too close together to trust saving the seeds. This is the only tomato I plan to grow in 2024 and save the seeds for next year.
