Harvest the fruit when they are young as they get seedy with age.

★★★★★ Excellent Variety

I have grown this variety of eggplant for a few years and they are wonderful! They are a flavorful, non bitter eggplant. The plants are productive and the fruit is a beautiful purple-white color. They can be prone to flea beetles which can slow down fruit production. I will be growing them in my garden and a demonstration garden I am involved with again this year!
