27 days — The round globes of 'Pink Beauty' can grow large but still remain crisp, mild and not pithy. The flesh is bright white while the skin is an attractive pink color that makes it an interesting addition to a tossed salad or vegetable platter. Each packet contains three grams, which is approximately 240 seeds.
Planting Instructions:
Radishes are generally very easy to grow. They are best when sown in spring or late summer but with care can be planted from February to September. Plant small amounts, 5 to 7 days apart for a steady supply.
Plant seeds directly outdoors as soon as soil can be worked. Plant ½ inch deep, ½ inch apart in rows at least 8 inches apart. Firm soil and keep moist until seedlings appear. Radishes have shallow root systems so do keep them watered.
Harvest as soon as roots reach desired size.

The one difference I found between the description and the actual radishes is that they were a bit more egg shaped than round, but they were absolutely awesome regardless. Very mild, crispy, a little juicy. Almost as smooth as an egg too, very blemish-free....grew pretty well in our at times gravel and clay soil. No complaints about them at all. Some of the best looking and tasting radishes I've seen and eaten.
