Rocky Mountain Penstemon is a perennial plant native to the Rocky Mountain region, thriving in pinyon-pine, sagebrush, and aspen-conifer communities at elevations up to 9,500 feet. It blooms from early to mid-summer, showcasing numerous purple flowers on tall stalks. This plant prefers well-draining soil and full sun or light shade. Rocky Mountain Penstemon is excellent for pollinator gardens, beds, borders, and rock gardens, attracting honey bees and wild bees. It is also very drought-tolerant. Each packet contains 0.1 grams, which is about 100 seeds.
