Incredible Dwarf Sunflower is a compact sunflower that grows about 2 to 4 feet tall. Even at this size, this open-pollinated heirloom produces full-size flower heads that measure 7 to 9 inches across. Each bloom has light to medium golden-yellow petals around a golden center disk.
The plants branch as they grow, so each one produces several blooms instead of a single head. Their short height makes them a good fit for flower beds, borders, and large containers. Incredible also makes a good cut flower. The sturdy stems hold up well in a vase, and cutting the blooms in the cool of early morning helps them last longer.

Planting Instructions: Sunflowers are very easy to grow and because of their size, quite spectacular for a child's garden.
Sow directly outdoors, ¾ inches deep. Thin the plants at first to 8 inches and then to two feet to avoid crowding. (We have had good luck transplanting)
Water regularly and weed between the plants to eliminate competition.
Harvest the seeds by cutting the flowering heads when the backs have turned yellow. Complete the drying by hanging them upside down in a warm, dry place.
