'Green Briar', also known as 'Green Brior', is an old Burley-type historically used for plug tobacco, as well as for cigarette and pipe tobacco blending and cigar filler. It six foot tall plants are attractive and productive with light-green colored, large leaves reaching about two feet long.
Our seed originated from USDA accession number PI 552645 and is grown for us by David Pendergrass from Tennessee.
