With a height of only 12-14 inches and red fruits that are 2-3 inches long, this pepper makes gardening fun and easy. We love that this pepper was bred not only to be small, but to retain the heavy yields of a full-sized variety. The more sweet snack peppers, the better, we say!
Ripens red, wonderfully sweet with a thick wall- perfect for eating fresh.

Genetic Classification: Hybrid
Transplant only after night temperatures average above 55°F. Plants are tender and thrive in warm weather. Blossoms drop if temperatures fall below 60°F or if they get too much nitrogen.

Fresh Bites Pepper has become my favorite for growing in Gardyn Studio, since discovering them on Victory Seeds in January 2025. Although, initially mixed results with experimental germination, I think due to temperature growing in Gardyn Nursery. I just added an indoor heat mat for germinating peppers and tomatoes, and cucumbers and already seeing outstanding results with tomatoes and cucumbers recently planted. As peppers take longer to germinate, I'm hoping for better success. These peppers grow in abundance at a manageable height for a long period of time in the Gardyn. Easy care, pruning and healthy plants every time. I predominantly grow only Tomatoes, Peppers and Cucumbers in the Gardyn. I grow lettuce, bunching onions, cilantro, and oregano in a 35 plant Generic Hydroponic Tower successfully. Seeds are always shipped quickly, well packaged with a personal thank you. I like Fresh Bites and Victory Seeds, both are winners. Thank you
