Dwarf Pink Passion Certified Naturally Grown Seed

65 days, dwarf — The plants are vigorous, dwarf, with rugose regular leaves producing heavy yields of medium sized (four to seven ounce), heart-shaped, pink fruit with a delightful, balanced, sweet flavor. This was the first variety to produce ripe fruit in our 2015 garden!

Developed by members of the "Dwarf Tomato Project" as a selection out of the "Nosey family" (a cross between 'Roza Vetrov' and 'Anna Banana Russian' made by Patrina Nuske Small). It was further selected and named by Linda Black. Among those who contributed to stabilizing this variety were Linda, Charlotte Burk, Sherry Long, Paul Anguiano, Amanda Fischer, Jessica Dubin, Dan Follett, Gina McDermott, Bill Minkey, and Craig LeHoullier. Introduced in 2015. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.

★★★★★ Best of 3 Dwarf tomatoes
By Johnnee (Corrales NM) on September 23, 2023

Pink Passion out performed my other Dwarf trials (Sarandipity and Rosella)..germinated easily, greatest production,no virus/insect issues and excellent flavor. Grown in fabric pots and in ground w/shade cloth covering in Community Garden..both locations successful despite our very hot summer.

★☆☆☆☆ Didn't germinate
By Rayna on April 1, 2023

I planted 12 seeds and not a single one germinated. I have them on a heat mat and good lights and nothing. It's been 4 weeks and now it's a bit too late to try again for my area. Very disappointed as I have another variety that i bought from this seller that didn't germinate as well. 1 out of the 3 varieties that I bought from here sprouted and that's it.

★★★★★ Productive, nice flavor, balanced, slightly sweet flavor.
By Scott Forney on July 30, 2019

This tomato is super healthy in my five gallon grow bag. One of the first to ripen. Mild, balanced, slightly sweet flavor. Most fruits are medium to small, but the plant is loaded. Enjoying working with this compact and manageable plant. Will grow again to include in one of my early varieties.

★★★★★ One of the better dwarf project releases
By Larry White on January 20, 2017

This did very well for me for the 2016 season in an EarthBox grown with another variety in the box. It finally succumbed to Septoria after a good yield, but most all my plants did likewise. For me, about four feet tall and not too bushy. Excellent mild flavor, just a bit on the sweet side. Not very seedy at all. Fine cut, narrow foliage -- some call wispy. I will definitely grow this again this season.
