Dwarf Kelly Green Certified Naturally Grown Seed

75 days, dwarf — 'Dwarf Kelly Green' is a rugose, regular leaf dwarf that will reach from four to five feet tall by the end a good growing season. It produces nearly round, green-fleshed, clear skinned fruit in the three to six ounce range. The flavor is well-balanced, full, and delicious. 'Dwarf Kelly Green' also seems to be quite disease tolerant and one of the more prolific of the Dwarf Tomato Project" varieties.

Developed by members of the "Dwarf Tomato Project" as a selection from the "Sneezy family" (a cross between 'Golden Dwarf Champion' and 'Green Giant' made by Patrina Nuske Small in 2005).  'Dwarf Green Kelly' originated as a selection of 'Barossa Fest 2' found and named by Craig LeHoullier in 2007 to honor his wife Sue's beloved uncle, Edward Kelly, who had recently passed away. Primary work on 'Dwarf Kelly Green' was done by Craig, Patrina, and Michael Volk, with additional help from Lawrence Andris (Australia) and Sherry Long (Alaska). Ted Maiden did the final work and seed propagation for release in 2012. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.

★★★★★ Simply a spectacular tomato in all respects
By Craig LeHoullier on February 9, 2022

Once again, the Sneezy family tosses out a winner! Think Dwarf Jade Beauty, but in a regular, rather than potato leaf, dwarf. The nearly round, medium sized tomatoes have glowing green flesh, clear skin, and an absolutely full, balanced flavor - and they are produced in profusion throughout the growing season. Yes, I love this tomato and it is in many of my gardens since I discovered it.
