Loved these carrots! This was my first attempt at growing carrots (and really growing anything at all). I was calling this my experimental home garden since I really did not know what I was doing...but these came out lovely! Planted them too close together so I had some tiny ones but the ones that I gave enough room to grow got pretty plump! The roots taste exceptional (much better than what you get at the grocery) and you can juice or blend the tops into smoothies! Trying to let a few of them go to seed next season so I left some in the garden. We shall see what happens :)
