Planting Instructions:
Days to germination – 7 to 14
Days to harvest – 50 days
Sow in spring or fall. It will grow in the winter months whenever there is a warm period.
Cover seeds with ½ inch of fine soil then firm lightly. You can either seed in a bed or in rows 1½ feet apart. Make successive plantings to extend your harvest.
A dwarf plant (one to two feet tall) with notched, small oval shaped leaves that are two inches long.
Harvest the leaves as they appear and use in salads, as a garnish, and as a cooked green. Mild flavor. A member of the mustard family.
