Thai Jicama
Matures in 150 days, producing crisp, light-colored flesh with bright tan skin. Roots reach 5-6 inches in width and weigh around 5 pounds, fully developing after flowering. The leaves and seed pods are poisonous. Also known as True Jicama or Yam Bean, it is called "Man Kaeo" in Thai. Each packet contains 4 grams which is about 20-25 seeds.
