90 days. Originally from Mexico, Tabasco pepper was introduced into Louisiana in 1848, and has since become a favorite in the South and East. It is most well known as the pepper that gives the kick to the namesake hot sauce from Avery Island. Plants grow very tall - up to 4 feet, and are covered with small, thin peppers. Needs a warm summer, or can be grown as a potted plant. Each packet contains 0.25 grams which is approximately 30 seeds.
