Its heat level can be adjusted by removing seeds and ribs. The 3-4 lobed, thick-fleshed, blocky peppers mature from green to chocolate to red and average 4-5 inches, with paprika and jalapeño flavor notes. They are perfect for grilling, roasting, frying, stuffing, salsas, sauces, and soups.
The upright, vigorous plants reach about 24 inches tall and provide excellent canopy protection over the peppers. Resistant to Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV), this variety produces heavy yields and thrives in gardens, greenhouses, or containers. 1988 AAS Edible-Vegetable winner.

This was my first year growing peppers from seed, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of these seeds. They germinated quickly, with a high germination rate and strong seedlings to show. Against the other brands of pepper seed I planted, Victory Seeds Mexibell F1 performed consistently as my best.
