85 days, indeterminate — In our grow out at Dunton Family Farms in Liberal, Oregon, 'Florida Special' performed
very well, producing good amounts of red, oblate, nine ounce fruit with a fine texture and flavor.
The 1932 Maule's Seed Annual describes them as, "A beautiful bright red tomato, fine flavored, firm and meaty. The vines, which resist the ravages of blight, are very productive." Our stock was grown from USDA GRIN accession number PI 644962. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
