80 days — 'Anaheim' pepper plants are tall, upright, bushy, and long bearing. The peppers reach can get quite large, from six to eight inches long by one inch wide, are tapered, have medium thick walls. They develop to a deep-green color, turning red at full maturity. They have a nicely pungent flavor and typically are rather mild in heat, only reaching the 500 to 1,000 Scoville Units range.
In addition to fresh eating, they can be enjoyed canned or dried as well. An excellent choice for milder salsas or to add just a touch of heat to your favorite recipe. Each packet contains 0.25 grams, which is approximately 30 seeds.

I grew these indoors 2013. They had a good germination rate. I put out 4 of these plants and they grew about 3 ft. tall. They produced a good amount of peppers per plant but not as prolific as some of my other peppers. I picked them when they turned reddish. All my peppers were about 7 inches long and they have a good taste and texture. They are mildly hot. Too mild to use for what I grew them for but I used them in some salsas for added flavor. If your looking for very mild hot pepper this is the one.
