Lathyrus odoratus
'Royal Family Mix' sweet pea plants produce fragrant blossoms that are red, salmon, pink, white, lavender, and purple in color. If you plant them in a sunny location, preferably full sun, keep them watered, dead-headed, and otherwise happy, they will provide blooms all summer long.
Along with beautifying stark walls, fences and anything else they are allowed to climb in the yard, sweet peas are excellent as a old-timey cutflower in the house. Each packet contains three grams, which is approximately 30 seeds.

Sweet Pea Royal Family Mix

Planted May 4, foliage is doing well, lots of it, not a bloom to be seen. No sign of any forming either.

Though these took a little care and coaxing at first, I have never had such great success with any other sweet peas! They're still going strong at the end of August and look and smell gorgeous.
