Untreated, organically grown or certified organic open-pollinated & heirloom seeds

Even if you are a beginner at gardening, this is an area where you can contribute.

Requirements:

  1. You must reside in the U.S.

  2. You must be an active supporter of our work (either a current customer or donor).

  3. Possess an interest in our preservation work and motivation to complete the season's evaluations.

About the Program - We will send you seeds that we are evaluating.  You will be asked to keep growing and harvest yield notes, take pictures of the mature plants and produce, offer evaluations from the kitchen and submit the information for our records and possible inclusion in the catalog and on the Web site.  The produce is yours to keep :)

Why Volunteer? - By participating you will be part of something bigger than any one person, one company or one organization.  Help to keep old varieties available to other gardeners.  As part of our growers network, you will be part of our extended community of people working to preserve important plant varieties.  You will have access to interesting varieties and to other people with similar interests.
